That said, if the staff member who interviewed you likes you, they may be willing to make an exception. For example, you could contact that specific staff member and say something like: “I’d also like to ask for some advice, so would it be possible for me to stop by when I come in for a reshoot?” They may approve it. When you do, you could add, “Would it be okay if I ask for advice before the reshoot?” (They may be too busy afterward to have time to talk.) Then explain the situation just as you did here. The staff member might even ask the man something like, “What do you think of this woman?” However, this would be an unusual approach, so you should assume that it will generally be difficult.

I’m a male member, Paper Airplane. On the men’s side, if we receive a “You seem wonderful!”, we’ll prioritize making an offer, so I think your chances become considerably higher. If there’s even the slightest possibility that I might make an offer, I’ll probably go ahead without hesitation, so I think that’s more than enough. Even so, if no offer comes, I’d assume it just wasn’t meant to be.

I’m Kazu, a male member. Yes, that’s probably the case. However, if he’s a Platinum or Black member, you could tell the branch staff how wonderful you think he is, and they might be willing to convey your strong feelings to him. I mention Platinum or Black members because those are the two classes that communicate with the branch staff, including receiving detailed introductions to women.
