It can feel quite different. Some women feel tighter because of muscle, while others create more of a vacuum, and some have a unique texture or movement. So I use different condoms depending on the person.
The experience seems to vary for women as well. A common topic is whether it feels different with or without a condom, and I was surprised that quite a few women apparently say it doesn’t make a difference.

I think the way it feels varies from person to person.
If I had to compare it to something, maybe it’s like the feeling of shaking someone’s hand? Everyone’s hands feel different, right?
Though I’m not sure that’s the best comparison.
That said, only a very small percentage of people are considered exceptionally pleasurable, so rather than focusing on differences in how it feels, I get the impression that more people prioritize overall compatibility.

That’s not true. Some women are tighter, while others are soft and enveloping in a more sensual way—it really depends on the person.
As Fuu mentioned, even with the same woman, it can feel different from day to day. I feel like it becomes looser when she gets aroused.

Everyone is different in terms of tightness and how well they hold you.
I became very aware of that through my activities at this club.
Even with the same person, it can vary depending on the day or the time of month, and it doesn’t necessarily become looser just because you do it too much.
I’ve experienced this with about two people: over time, they gradually became tighter. It felt so good I could hardly stand it.
I can’t say for sure, but when someone becomes tighter, maybe it’s because of the sense of security that comes with continuing the relationship—like their body gradually getting used to you.
