I assume you’re asking how to know when she’ll be on her period, since that affects when you can go on a date. But even if you think you’ve got it figured out, you’ll often be off.
So I don’t think there’s any need to keep track of it.
If the date is likely to overlap with her expected period, she’ll usually mention something like, “That day might be a problem.”
If she doesn’t, I’d say you probably haven’t built a proper relationship yet.
That said, as someone mentioned in a previous question, there are also cases where a woman stays quiet until you’re already in the room because she wants the money, then says, “It’s fine, let’s do it.” (笑)
