There used to be no particular criteria, so it was normal for women’s ratings to almost never go up.
(If someone’s rating did increase, it was usually because a staff member happened to think, “She responded quickly, so let’s raise it.”)
Recently, guidelines were established, and they now read as follows.
That said, since these are only guidelines, of the three factors that can raise a rating, the one that seems the most certain is:
3. When dates continue without any particular problems
If there are no late arrivals, cancellations, or schedule changes for five or more dates, the rating is raised by one star.
The catch is that you need to receive offers for at least five dates, so that may be the difficult part.
Even so, these criteria are easy to understand, so women who have been on five or more dates might want to ask the staff about it.
No. 1 seems difficult to apply because “most replies” is rather vague. (Though in the past, some women’s ratings were raised based on this criterion.)
As for No. 2, men don’t tend to leave feedback very often. They may not want other men to take a good woman—or, more honestly, they may simply find it bothersome（笑）—so it’s probably best not to expect much.
When the feedback is negative, though, they seem to submit it quickly, perhaps because they’re upset…
So, just as a test, I looked at a woman who seemed to have been on quite a few dates. She should have met criterion No. 3, but her rating was still only three stars…（泣）
I’m not sure whether the guidelines require five dates after they were introduced, but if they simply forgot to increase her rating, that would be sad ＞＜
Maybe she had been late at some point, though.
Even so, if there has been no negative feedback, no lateness, and she has been on five dates, I think her rating should be raised. So if you meet the requirements, I have a feeling that contacting the staff will prompt them to notice and increase your rating.

These are internal guidelines used when changing a woman’s ★ rating.
There may be cases where the actual decision differs, and the club does not completely guarantee a woman’s personality.
Cases where the rating is lowered
1. Cancellations related to visiting a branch
If there are three or more total no-shows or rescheduling requests before the woman comes in for her interview, she will start at ★★.
For cancellations or rescheduling related to a reshoot, the rating will be lowered by one star from the second occurrence onward.
2. Cancellations after a date has been confirmed
A cancellation on the day before a date lowers the rating by one star per occurrence.
In cases of a particularly bad-faith cancellation, the rating will be lowered by one star regardless of how many days remain before the date.
※ “Bad-faith cancellation” refers to repeatedly canceling or making other personal plans instead of work commitments.
※ A same-day cancellation of the first date will result in immediate removal from the club.
3. When negative feedback is received
After confirming the facts with both parties, if it is clear that the woman was at fault, her rating will be lowered by one star even if it is only one person’s opinion.
If three or more consecutive reviews criticize her personality, manners, or similar qualities, her rating will be lowered by one star regardless of whether confirmation is possible.
4. When responses to staff messages are slow
If she does not reply for more than a day even after being reminded, and this happens twice or more, her rating will be lowered by one star.
※ Cases where the rating is not lowered
・Cancellations or schedule changes made at least two days before the date will not lower the rating.
・The rating will not be lowered if the club profile comment already mentions the possibility of cancellations.
・The rating will not be lowered if permission has not been given to confirm negative feedback with the woman.
・The rating will not be lowered if she informs the staff in advance that personal circumstances may delay her response.
Cases where the rating is raised
1. When responses to staff messages are prompt
If most replies arrive within two hours and are written politely, the rating will be raised by one star.
2. When positive feedback continues
If three or more consecutive reviews praise her manners, responsiveness, or similar qualities, the rating will be raised by one star.
(However, this applies only if there has been no negative feedback serious enough to lower the rating by one star.)
