For some time now, we’ve been telling women the results of their interviews during the interview itself.
We clearly say something along the lines of, “We’d be happy to register you, but please allow about a week before your registration is finalized.”
So if someone is told “a few days later,” I suspect either a staff member simply forgot to mention it, or it was at a branch where the new policy hasn’t fully caught on yet.
We give them the result on the spot, but the actual registration can’t be completed right then.
It’s also possible that they were right on the borderline and decided to wait until they could hear their supervisor’s opinion before making a final decision.

I think it depends on the staff member who interviewed you—their attitude, mood, how busy they are, and how quickly they work.
Some people will tell you on the spot that you’ve been accepted; some won’t say anything even if they’ve decided to accept you; and some want to create your profile quickly but can’t keep up because they have one interview after another. Then again, there are also people who work fast enough to post it the same day.
I wonder if, when they take a particular liking to someone, they might put that person’s profile ahead of everyone else’s. Though I suppose that can also just be chalked up to “mood.”
It’s only about a week’s difference at most, so there’s no point overthinking it.

I’m in Seattle.
If she were an amazing woman at the Black-class level, Universe Club would probably move quickly too. They’re a for-profit company, after all.
But if she were more borderline, I imagine they’d put it off when they’re busy with work. In a sense, maybe they’re not a “black company” after all—you can’t go home until the work is finished.

How did it go for you?
Maybe they were busy and running late…
Or perhaps the staff had some free time?
Since you have to show ID, they might be checking whether you have a criminal record or any ties to organized crime.
