I make impulse purchases, send too many LINE messages, and when I get excited, I keep messaging until they read them. I also can’t seem to maintain relationships with the opposite sex.

I think that’s one of your best qualities. And, to put it positively, being able to express your honest feelings is wonderful. There will always be people who accept you for that.
That’s how the world works.

You clearly have far too much free time, so why not pack your schedule with work?

Take responsibility for your own actions. The things you do are making someone else feel uncomfortable. How would you feel if someone did the same to you? You wouldn’t like it, would you?

If not, you should definitely check it out. Search for it and you’ll find it on TikTok and other platforms.
If you can’t control your emotions, it’s better to let them out somewhere harmless. For example, you could write out everything you’re feeling in a long LINE message, then delete it without sending it.
Come to think of it, condoms work on the same principle too（笑）

I’m actually the type of person who doesn’t show my emotions, so I’m not sure how helpful my advice will be…
You may have to consciously distance yourself from the things you tend to do when you’re feeling euphoric—for example, turning off your phone so you can’t message people on LINE, or avoiding going out so you won’t go shopping.
If that still doesn’t help, it may start affecting not only your relationships with the opposite sex but your daily life in general. In that case, it might be a good idea to seek help from your family or a doctor.

Emotions can be a form of violence.
You probably aren’t aware of it, so start by recognizing that first.
To put it simply, even romantic feelings can be violent to someone of the opposite sex who doesn’t feel the same way. Have you ever felt afraid when a physically powerful man directed his romantic feelings at you one-sidedly?
You mustn’t use violence against other people. That’s why you have to control yourself.
You might say, “But I just can’t help it!” But you wouldn’t want the questioner to beat you up one-sidedly with brute force, would you?
Well, there may be some people who are used to abuse and wouldn’t mind that kind of thing at all.
