I’m Saito, the column writer♪
Just as Yamagishi-san said, sometimes they tell you the male member’s name, and sometimes they don’t.
Apparently, a female member once wrote feedback about me, and the staff contacted her, asking, “Could you tell us the male member’s name for reference?”
She reportedly replied, “He’s the one with the trendy name who writes the columns.”
She told me about it as a funny story, but since quite a bit of time had passed since our first meeting, I realized that feedback can be submitted even while an arrangement is ongoing…
It was a good reminder to stay on my toes.

There are quite a few interesting cases, but most of them can’t be shared publicly.
No matter how unpleasant the experience was, perhaps because this is Japan, people still try to be considerate?
If something is marked as not for publication, then naturally, it can’t be shared.
As for the ones approved for publication, even if there are some discrepancies, they tend to look like fairly ordinary cases from the staff’s perspective.
