I’m Fuu, a columnist.
I’m all for making an effort to look more attractive through subtle cosmetic procedures, like double-eyelid surgery, as long as the results look natural. Often, you can’t even tell.
It’s not so much that I dislike people having work done. What matters is whether it looks natural enough that you don’t notice—or obviously unnatural.
If it’s clearly artificial and looks unmistakably like plastic surgery, I’ll usually refrain from making an offer.

Would knowing the reason actually do you any good?

I’ll answer too, as Maezawa from the CEO’s office.
“I’m not interested in meeting some manufactured mannequin.”
That’s probably what he means.
After seeing a photo of her before the plastic surgery, he might even say:
“That girl is already dead.
She was an attractive girl.”
