I’d like to give someone who has always supported me an oil massage as a thank-you (at their request), but where would be a good place to do it?
Since they’re married, I don’t want to use a love hotel. We don’t have an intimate relationship.
I don’t want people to suspect an affair, so would a business hotel be okay?
We’ve had meals in a hotel room several times before.
Would doing it at a karaoke place be an immediate no-go? lol (I’d remain clothed from the waist down.)

In situations like that, I use business hotels. These days, there are lots of hotels near the downtown entertainment districts, perhaps to accommodate inbound travelers, so they’re convenient for going out to eat or have drinks. Getting a massage during the breaks or afterward is comfortable too.
Also, if that’s the kind of relationship you have, I don’t think you need to worry about being asked for an adult relationship, even if you use the hotel room or a love hotel. (I assume he has other women who fulfill that need.)

I think a karaoke place is out. Some karaoke establishments apparently have security cameras, and the rooms are visible from outside. If a staff member happens to walk by and notices, you could be reprimanded or even banned from the premises.
As for being with someone you don’t have an intimate relationship with, I think even a business hotel could lead to misunderstandings.
So I feel it might be better to give up on the massage idea.
If you’re confident there won’t be any misunderstandings, a business hotel could work.
If you’d rather not have people suspecting an affair, a hotel with a lounge that offers day use might be a better option than a business hotel.
