Why aren’t respondents who keep posting things that are contrary to fact stripped of their answering privileges?

I’m Osaka, a male member. I was under the impression that faking details to avoid being identified was allowed, but is that not the case? I’d really like to know, haha. I have a lot of fantasies too, haha—though maybe that’s all it is. But I tend to turn them into jokes, so I wonder if that makes people uncomfortable. I feel the worst when a joke falls flat, though.
