I think most women would find the idea of putting a blade near such a sensitive area frightening.
Even a relatively safe T-shaped razor would probably make her nervous.
If you really want to do it, try placing an amount that would surprise her—say, ¥200,000 on top of the allowance—in front of her and ask very humbly.
She might possibly agree.

That sounds like a pretty high hurdle.
There may be a reason why someone hasn’t removed their body hair in the first place. It probably depends on the person, but even if you ask, I imagine most would be reluctant.
Even if a regular partner I’m close with asked me to shave my pubic hair, I’d be a little nervous about using a razor. I might barely agree to an electric eyebrow trimmer, but if it moved, I could get cut and bleed, or injure my penis. That sounds scary.

I’m paper airplane, a male member who has spent years watching my long-term girlfriend groom her body hair in the bath at love hotels.
Do you want to shave it yourself, or shave it for her?
If you want her to shave it herself, you could simply offer to pay for a better option.
If you want to shave it for her, subtly find out whether she’d like help grooming her body hair. She might appreciate the offer.

Do you want to shave with a razor rather than get hair removal?
It’s really scary to have someone you barely know hold a razor and shave you (;゚Д゚)!
Please only do it with someone you’ve become close to, after getting their permission separately from the allowance.

You’re probably old enough to make that decision for yourself, so please do so.
That sounded a bit cold, so let me add this: According to a friend of mine who runs a beauty salon, hair removal is their biggest seller, and most clients request bikini-area hair removal. Apparently, the reason is that it makes things more comfortable during their periods and prevents irritation. I can’t really relate, but ever since hearing that, I’ve been recommending it by saying, “It’ll make your period more comfortable.”
For reference, my friend charges ¥100,000. That’s for a five-session course, although the hair will grow back after five sessions.
I understand how you feel, but I suspect it’ll end with them saying, “If you’re going to cooperate, you should pay for the whole thing.” Do be careful!

It might be more convincing if you tried it yourself first and then made the request, lol.

I think it would be worth asking.
It might be better to call it a research fee rather than a cooperation fee.

You’re free to make the request, but whether she agrees is entirely up to her.
Since it’s something you wouldn’t ask of a girlfriend, it’s probably best to avoid it with women who are looking to commit to just one man.
