Why is the “registration date” on female members’ profiles sometimes their actual registration date and sometimes the date they renewed? I’m a male member, and I’ve been wondering about this for a while while browsing female members’ profiles.

Aizawa from Tokyo here. Are you referring to the “Registration Date” shown on the women’s profile page? This generally indicates the date she joined and does not change. However, for a while, women who had briefly left and then re-registered sometimes had a new profile created, so in those cases the date may reflect their re-registration date. As a result, some profiles may show the re-registration date rather than the original joining date. To avoid confusion for male members, we now overwrite the profile using the original membership number. Going forward, most registration dates will therefore reflect the woman’s initial joining date. Sorry for the confusion. Please understand that the date does not change with each update—it indicates either the original joining date or the date of re-registration after leaving.

Maezawa here to answer your question. Or so I thought—but women’s profiles don’t have an “Enrollment Date” field. Are you asking about Universe Club? There’s no “Updated” field either. At Universe Club, there is a “Registration Date,” so perhaps that’s what you meant. But since there’s no “Updated” field either… Could you have accidentally posted a question about a different club?
