There was a shrine across the river near my family home, and when I was younger, I used to hear the sound of someone hammering nails—kaaan, kaaan—at around 2 a.m.
So terrifying (汗)
Could you really go to the shrine for several nights in a row, dressed in white, with three candles on your head and a comb in your mouth, and hammer nails into a tree at 2 a.m. without being seen by anyone?
They say that if someone sees you, the curse will return to the person casting it.
That would be impossible nowadays~

A straw doll…
doesn’t seem like it would be very effective,
but a voodoo doll
somehow feels like it might work.
That said, as with anything, even if voodoo dolls were effective, I feel that someone of a higher standing would actually need to use one.
So I doubt it would have any effect if you did it yourself.
Then again, curses haven’t been scientifically explained in the first place, so we don’t even know whether they exist or not.

Speaking of hammering nails, my favorite is Nobara. My PJ’s favorite is Megumin. For some reason, my daughter says Sukuna is her favorite lol. Surprisingly, I don’t know many Gojo fans around me lol.

That does seem possible. You should do it until you feel satisfied.
At the same time, the more you do it, the more it shows that you can’t break free from the other person’s hold—that you’re obsessed with them. In that sense, you’re the one being cursed and losing out.
I hope the day comes when you realize that the more you think about it, the more you’re only wasting your time and getting the short end of the stick.
