I hadn’t heard of that medication before, so I looked it up online.
It appears to be made in India and not approved in Japan because it’s considered unsafe. Did you purchase it online? Online purchases can easily turn out to be scams, so even if it’s not approved in Japan, getting it prescribed by a clinic would at least reduce the risk somewhat.
Even if you got it from a hospital, if you experience side effects or it doesn’t suit you, try a different medication.

I use generic medications from time to time too, but I’m aware of the risks, so if anything feels even slightly off with a particular batch, I don’t take them.
At this point, from a safety standpoint, I feel it’s actually cheaper overall to have a doctor prescribe them properly. The price of genuine prescription medication has come down quite a bit too.
By the way, Cialis-type medications are known for being mild, so they shouldn’t make your heart pound. Even allowing for the fact that there may be some effect since it was originally developed for heart conditions, that sounds suspicious.
Bottom line: Let’s go see a doctor together.
