If you drink alcohol, how about Tamajiman Brewery in Haijima?
The atmosphere is perfect for couples, and you can enjoy delicious beer (!) as well as sake. The food is great too. If you’re interested, please check out Tamajiman’s website.

There are convenient services out there like Google and Yahoo. If you type “day trips from Tokyo” into one of those sites and hit the search button, you’ll find all kinds of useful information.
