Try approaching the interview with the same mindset as when you meet a man for the first time. Even if you pass the interview, are you planning to meet men in a hoodie and jeans? (Some women can pull that look off beautifully, so it’s hard to say for sure.) With a little creativity, there are all kinds of solutions. “There’s no way.” means giving up on thinking of one. There’s always a way, so while you’re at the interview, ask the staff—who interview many women—for advice, including on these points. I hope you find a path forward. I’m rooting for you.

Maezawa here. Jeans and a hoodie… I’d say wearing either one alone would already be a major strike against you, so wearing both is going to be pretty tough. Depending on the staff member, they might reject you based on that alone. I’m also concerned that you’ve gained weight to the point where your clothes no longer fit. Even if you used to be told you had attractive features and were beautiful, there’s a possibility that people may see you differently now. That leaves you with two options: 1. Come in for the interview right away and have your photos taken in the clothes provided there. 2. Practically fast for about three days—living on salad alone—then come in for the interview once you can somehow fit into your old clothes again. Of the two, I think option 2 would be better. Even if you change clothes for the photos, I’m worried about how men will perceive you if you show up to dates wearing jeans and a hoodie.
