I may be looking at this from a man’s perspective, but I think I understand how you feel. That said, as a guy with a fair amount of experience, I can’t help but crack a wry smile when someone says, “I’m really struggling.” I mean, come on—that can’t be true.
I wouldn’t exactly recommend it, but trying to make a phone call could be one option. If you can’t think of anything to say, just try yelling, “Want me to shove my hand up your ass and make your teeth chatter?” for starters.
But what I really recommend is going to a hair salon, as the late Uno Chiyo advised. You don’t necessarily have to get a haircut—just changing your hairstyle a little can help. How about going to a salon you don’t usually visit, and making it an ultra-luxurious one at that? You can always make the phone call afterward.
