If that’s what you want, put all the money you receive from your papa into savings. You wouldn’t have received it in the first place if you weren’t doing papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), and it’s money that will stop coming in once you part ways with him.
With that in mind, I think you should manage your finances so that you cover everything—including beauty expenses—using only the money you earn from your job. That way, even after you and your papa part ways, you won’t have trouble making ends meet, and while you’re still together, your savings will steadily grow.
I think it’s best to focus only on how you can make the things you want to do happen.

If you want to prioritize saving, then save it.
If you want to spend it on beauty, then spend it.
If you’re going to use up all your income from work, I suppose you should put your papa-katsu income toward one of those two things. But if saving is your priority, I think you should save it.
That’s what I would do.
P.S.
Wait, this is a reading-comprehension question, isn’t it?

I think you should prioritize saving. If you spend everything on beauty, you’ll never build up your savings.
If you do spend money on your appearance, it’s better to invest in a cosmetic dermatologist and a good hair salon rather than luxury cosmetics or expensive nails. Shiny hair and healthy-looking skin can make you look beautiful.
So I’d prioritize saving and use whatever’s left over for cosmetic dermatology and the hair salon. Good luck!

I’m guessing you’re fairly young—probably in your twenties. If so, your twenties are definitely the time to lay the groundwork. The question is what you should be preparing for, and why.
I found Seattle’s and Mac’s answers very insightful. I may sound presumptuous, but I think you’d do well to really take their words to heart and consider them carefully.

I’d say I spend half and save half.
Since I was living with my parents, I had saved ¥20 million by the time I was 25.

Rather than saving it, I first use it to help cover my living expenses.
After that, I spend some of it on things like going to the salon, eyelash extensions, and nails for my male supporters.
I’m sure they’d prefer me to look at least well-groomed, if not beautiful.

Ideally, I’d put the money I receive from my papa (a male supporter) into savings, while cutting back on some of my work income to spend on beauty and self-care.

Think for yourself about how you spend your money. Life isn’t a game with a strategy guide.
