I’m not a doctor, but common sense tells me that the infection risk from something like that is probably low.

That must have been really tough… You can’t exactly tell anyone, and I’m sure it’s incredibly worrying until you know whether you’ve caught anything. You can’t get AIDS just from licking. With unprotected sex, the risk is about 1%.
If anything, excessive oral contact could possibly transmit chlamydia.
Don’t worry too much about it. But if some idiot goes beyond the agreed terms and does more than what you paid for, sue them.
