Would I fail the interview if I showed up with pink or green hair?

Wouldn’t you be embarrassed to be seen walking around with him? Since your photo will be taken on the day of the interview, you’ll probably have a better chance of being accepted if you dye your hair brown at least. But ask about it when you call to make the appointment first. If they’re particular about hair color, I think it’s best not to go through with the interview.
