On apps, around ¥20,000 is pretty standard, and I think some people offer even less.
At Universe, men who offer that little tend to be disliked, so it’s normal to receive more than you would through an app.
That said, many men have also used apps, so some may try to offer the same allowance. If women stand together and refuse those offers, men like that will either disappear or raise the allowance.
However, it’s too soon to assume that women receiving a low allowance are bringing down the going rate.
Even if there are women accepting less, the allowance won’t go down for women men genuinely want to be with. So even if someone says, “I gave another woman ¥20,000, so I’d like to offer you the same,” I think it’s perfectly fine to say:
“Then I think you should be with her. I can’t do that.”

There may seem to be a going rate, but there really isn’t one. Just because I’ve paid 50,000 yen before and managed to meet someone for 20,000 yen doesn’t mean I’m going to offer 20,000 yen from now on.
The lowest allowance I’ve ever paid for an intimate meeting was pay-per-meeting with no allowance.
