Positive feedback may improve a man’s rating, while negative feedback may lower it.
Either way, good men deserve to be evaluated fairly, and bad men should be identified and excluded as well.

I think you should write one. Without it, the club won’t know anything about you or the man who made you an offer.
As for the percentage of people who leave feedback, there are probably several ways to submit it, such as using the standard form or sending it via LINE. It seems like only a small number of people submit feedback while also giving permission for it to be published.
