Is wearing braces a major disadvantage when it comes to appearance? I feel more comfortable smiling widely with my current straight teeth—even though I have white braces—than I did with my crooked teeth before treatment. But when it comes to appearance, do braces still look worse than crooked teeth?

I couldn’t really smile to my fullest, and some people even worried about getting scratched during oral, even though my braces were on the outside. Maezawa from the CEO’s office will answer this as well. I assume the braces will come off once the orthodontic treatment is finished, so the real question is how he’ll be perceived in his current condition, right? Most men seem to think, “He’s undergoing orthodontic treatment, so there’s no point worrying about it.” The issue is whether to get braces on the front or back of the teeth. If appearance is a concern, lingual braces seem to be the better choice, but I’ve heard that braces on the front are supposedly better when it comes to oral sex.

I’m in Seattle. Either is fine with me—I don’t really mind. If she has braces, I just think, “Good for her, she’s working hard.” I think snaggletooth is cute too.
