Don’t you find that girls from the regional Black tier tend to be Gold—or sometimes even Platinum—compared with girls in Tokyo?

I’m Maezawa from the President’s Office, and I’ll answer this as well. People have been saying that for quite some time. I think it was especially true of nearby branches like Omiya and Yokohama. Since the Chiba branch was initially run by staff from Tokyo, I don’t think that was much of an issue there. Then, shortly after the Chiba staff began operating independently, some staff members started working in Tokyo as well, so perhaps that distinction became less clear. By the way, regarding this topic, I’m guessing the questioner may be suggesting that women ranked Black at regional branches should be assigned Gold rates. But I think the reverse could also be true. In other words, only Tokyo is upgrading women who should normally be Black to Gold, meaning Tokyo’s class rankings are off. There are some lucky Gold women where you wonder, “Why is someone this beautiful only Gold?” And when it comes to Platinum, there are plenty of women who could easily be Black. You could also say that having so many interviews in Tokyo has distorted their sense of judgment. Thank you for your opinion that more Gold and Platinum women should actually be ranked Black.
