I tried this and it worked well for me, so maybe you could give it a try too, papa♪” Most people are happy to receive gifts, and it might even improve his impression of you! Apparently, though, there are men who don’t shower—or who shower without actually washing their bodies. If he happens to be that kind of man and you’re sensitive to the smell of sweat, you could try saying: “I’m sorry, but I’m sensitive to the smell of sweat. Could you wash your body with some body wash?” Love hotels usually provide unscented body wash, and if you’re staying at a regular hotel, it might be a good idea to bring your own unscented body wash in advance. He might ask, “Why do you have that with you?” You could say: “I thought maybe you don’t wash with the hotel’s body wash because it isn’t unscented, so I brought this today.” That might make sense to him. I wouldn’t bring it up the first time you meet a man, but if you’ve met him several times, I think it should be fine. Of course, if he’s willing to wash with the hotel’s body wash, you won’t need to prepare anything in advance... Another option, Plan B, would be to run a bath and have him simply soak in the tub.
