Is it just me, or do beautiful women tend to be emotionally troubled? Does anyone else feel this way? Are beautiful women more likely to struggle mentally? It’s strange. It’s such a shame that, despite being beautiful, they always seem to come with complicated issues!

I’m Flag Maker, a column writer. Isn’t that actually a good thing? I’m kind of into beautiful women who are emotionally troubled.

Maezawa from Shacho-shitsu here—I’ll answer this one too. > Don’t beautiful women tend to be emotionally troubled? Since only beautiful women are registered with Universe, it may seem that way. There are so many beautiful women, after all. (laughs) It’s a whole universe of beautiful women. But putting that aside, regardless of whether someone is beautiful or not, I feel that people who are prone to emotional struggles will struggle.

I’m Paper Airplane, a male member. Is that so? I don’t think it’s limited to beautiful women, though… Reading this, I can’t help but feel that the questioner is simply disappointed that it’s all been one hassle after another…

I’m Taro, a male member. I suppose it depends on what you consider “beautiful,” but there are definitely people who like beautiful women with mental-health issues—and without exception, they come with some pretty intense, creepy, and frightening stories. Hearing about things like a girlfriend showing up with a knife and getting into an argument with the security guard at the entrance is entertaining, as long as you’re just listening from the sidelines. By my definition of beauty, though, I don’t get the impression that many of them are troubled. That said, to be honest, I’m someone who’s been told, “You really like ugly girls, don’t you?” in the past, so I may be completely missing the point of what we’re talking about. Sorry for taking up your time.

I’m Aya, a female member. I don’t have any hard data to back this up, but I feel like beautiful women have a whole different level of problems—almost absurd ones that only come with being beautiful. As a very relatable example, one gorgeous friend once complained to me, “I went to a hotel with an actor I really liked, but we didn’t end up dating.” Maybe that example is a little too relatable, though.
