As everyone has said, receiving ¥1 million from a single papa (a male supporter) is quite a lot. The most I’ve ever received was around ¥500,000–¥600,000. I already felt guilty accepting that much, so getting twice that would honestly scare me…

If the other person is also a member of Universe, then a deal offering ¥1 million a month could be possible.
But if you met them through an app or something similar, it’s almost certainly a scam.
Apparently, they’ll keep seeing you until the end of the month, then disappear.
If you’re worried, I think it would be best to arrange payment the same way business contracts are handled: 50% upfront and the remaining 50% at the end.
If you’ve already received ¥500,000, it may be easier to accept it even if they run off at the end.
If they insist on paying only afterward, it would be safest to walk away.
And if the arrangement is to meet three times a month, I think you should receive ¥330,000 each time.

¥1 million is incredible. There was a fairly successful gravure idol who was reportedly kept by a yakuza boss for around ¥1 million a month.
There may be even higher terms if you look at the top end, but I’d say that’s quite a substantial amount.

Go for it. The point is to make money.
From a man’s perspective, once you’re married, a wife costs at least that much anyway, so it’s a bargain. And once you’re married, you can’t exactly back out that easily.
