I’m Taro, a male member. There are plenty of men around 160 cm tall who are in relationships, so don’t worry. Generally speaking, you may want to focus on shorter women, but some don’t mind height at all—even if they’re tall. It’s worth trying different options. If you’re a shorter guy with a thing for large breasts, having them right at eye level would probably make you happy. Or, if you’re short, you might find it easier to caress her breasts during sex in the missionary position. Since your height is something you can’t change, try to find the positives and keep going.

I’m Shingo Lee (“Shingori”), a male member. When you say “romantic prospects,” you mean you want to date someone rather than do papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), correct? If so, please read on. ① First of all, you’re not popular because you lack the ability to see things from other people’s perspective. You haven’t put yourself in the other person’s shoes and considered what information someone would need in order to give you specific advice. People like this tend to overestimate themselves considerably. ② It depends on how you define being popular, but generally speaking, you’re not. ・If you mean whether you can date one person, then yes, if you lower your standards. ・If you mean whether you can sleep with lots of women, then no. And if you mean whether you can date the kind of woman everyone envies, you’re not popular in that sense either. Women can see right through the lack of confidence that led you to ask a question like this here. I’ll say it plainly: you’re not popular. ③ Simply having an ordinary personality and money won’t make you popular. At 160 cm, if your only selling points are money and being reasonably well-adjusted, you won’t be popular. Romance is cruel. It isn’t about being connected by some destined red thread. It’s about becoming a salesperson for yourself and convincing the people you meet to “buy” you. Ninety-five percent of men in this world are ordinary, decent, kind, and serious. You’d actually have more of a chance if you were at least a little bit of a bad boy. Posting your own content here would violate the site rules, so if you want specific advice, please ask again and state that clearly. I wish you all the best in your romantic life.

I’m in Seattle. You’ll get used to the height difference and stop noticing it eventually. I mean, isn’t Yui Aragaki taller than Gen Hoshino? If he has money, there’s a chance he’s actually a hidden gem—a capable, desirable man who would normally be popular, but is overlooked because of his height. If he has potential and a good personality, it’s not necessarily a deal-breaker even if you’re taller than him.

I’m Kazu, a male member. This is an anonymous Q&A forum for a dating club. If your terms, including the allowance, work for both of you, height shouldn’t be an issue. Since you seem unable to ask even one proper question, a relationship without an allowance might be difficult for you.

It probably depends on his personality and the kind of person he is, but I’m on the shorter side myself, so I wouldn’t mind if he were a good person. Some men may not be interested in taller women, though. That said, romantic preferences and papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) are two different things. For example, a taller woman might still be a good match if you offer a more generous allowance. Try different approaches and see what works. Marika

I’m Nana Ayase ♡ Whether I’m 160 cm or 158 cm, I’d be happy to receive offers. I believe my looks and personality aren’t for me to decide—they’re determined by how others see me. Please ask the people who have made offers.
