At first glance, it does seem mutual. However, there are men who say, “Wait, you need money?” after getting intimate, so it’s better to receive the allowance upfront.
That said, there are also strange men who dislike paying upfront because they feel it makes them look like a customer at a sex-work establishment.
Both sides have their own arguments, which makes things difficult.
In this case, I think the best approach is to record your conversation, clearly agree on how much you’ll receive afterward, and keep evidence for your own protection. Then, on the surface, trust the man and arrange to receive the allowance afterward.
Of course, this should be limited to men you feel are worth continuing to see—not just a one-time meeting.
But good men pay upfront, so…

Not necessarily. There are love hotels with front desks, too, and I actually feel that hotels where the door locks automatically are in the minority.
It probably depends on whether you’re in an urban area or the countryside.

When I asked a man about this during his enrollment interview, he told me he had heard stories like this on dating apps:
After paying inside the hotel room, the woman didn’t undress and absolutely refused to get intimate.
So he ended up paying just to talk. That’s why he came to a dating club, thinking it would be safer.
People who do bad things always go beyond what we imagine.

There was one case where a woman found a hidden camera set up by the man, took it while he was showering, left the room, and reported it to the club.

That might happen on apps—honey traps, taking the money and running, pretending to be someone else, and so on.
If a woman pulled something like that at a club, all you could do is laugh. Still, there may be women who’d at least steal money from your wallet while you’re in the shower.

I’ve never had an experience like that, and it’s highly unlikely to happen.
If it did, I’d consider myself lucky not to have wasted any time. I’d switch gears right away, figuring it was either my own fault or just bad luck, and get to work sooner.

One of the respondents had a story about how, after they went into the room and the woman took a shower, she started getting dressed again. That’s about the only story I’ve heard where someone handed over the allowance but nothing happened.
I’ve never experienced it myself. I think it’s that rare, so I doubt many women actually run away.
On the other hand, I occasionally hear women say that they weren’t given the allowance, or that it was reduced, because the man came up with some excuse.
