Since you’re asking how long it will be available, I don’t think you—the questioner—can make an offer from a Platinum male member to a Black female member.
You need the special notice that’s only sent to certain men.
Other men can’t make offers.
I’m guessing you brought this up again because you found it unacceptable, but I really wish they’d stop doing things that unfair.
