It may be okay to talk about your eating disorder, but I think you need to recognize that you’re doing it for your own sake, not for the other person’s.
Also, just because you’ve mentioned having an eating disorder doesn’t mean you need to go as far as telling them that you used to vomit up everything you ate.
You did eat it at least once, so I think that’s fine in itself. They may be able to sense it without you saying anything. And if you don’t think it’s something that serious, then that’s fine too.
Besides, I’m not sure what the other person is supposed to do with a story about you vomiting.

If you’re going to talk about your eating disorder, I think it’s best to be prepared to discuss it if you’re asked. As for the fact that you used to make yourself vomit, it’s probably safer not to bring that up yourself.
