There are all kinds of people with different interests, so it should be fine. Just make sure you mention it clearly during the interview. That way, it can be reflected in the club’s profile comments, and there shouldn’t be any complaints.
By the way, is it a tattoo, or traditional Japanese irezumi? And is it heavily inked? Also, if you can produce breast milk, are you more like a yakuza boss’s woman? If so, you might get flagged during the anti-organized-crime screening.

About four years ago, we received an inquiry from a woman asking whether she could come in for an interview despite having tattoos covering her entire back.
I initially thought that someone with tattoos that extensive might be a problem, so I checked with President Kida. His response left me speechless:
“Tattoos are art overseas. (Although the woman applying was Japanese, haha.) What’s wrong with that?
If anything, take some good photos of the tattoos and give her an offer.”
Of course, we couldn’t exactly ask the woman to undress, so a female staff member took the photos. They were incredible.
(These days, male staff members may also ask a woman to undress with her consent, but we didn’t have that kind of internal culture back then.)
So, at Universe Club, having tattoos all over your body is absolutely not a problem. President Kida himself gave it the OK.
As for producing breast milk, that isn’t listed among the prohibited matters, so that’s not a problem either.
We only recently received a question like this, so I wondered whether that person might make her an offer right away. Of course, it may also depend on whether she’s registered in the same area as that man.
There may be other men with more niche preferences as well, so this could even become an advantage for her.
To sum up, she won’t fail the interview simply because she has “a lot of tattoos and produces breast milk.”
The rest of the screening process will be conducted as usual, though, so she should stay focused and do her best at the interview.
If she’s the type who tends to be popular, any branch should be fine. However, in Tokyo, the Shinjuku branch has staff with stricter interview standards, so Shibuya or Ginza would probably be the safer choices.

Tattoos are a negative point, but being able to breastfeed is such a major plus that I was asked about it as recently as the other day. You should go in for an interview right away.

If it’s stated in your profile, there shouldn’t be a problem. A man who complains even though everything is exactly as written in the profile will probably just be seen as a complainer.
P.S. To share my personal preferences: I don’t mind tattoos, regardless of whether they’re considered art overseas, since they don’t get in the way of sex. As for breast milk, it depends on how much there is, but I might be bothered if a large amount of liquid comes from somewhere other than the crotch. Sorry.
