I believe someone previously asked whether using a cushion under the lower back can enhance sensitivity. In that case, is it better not to use a cushion under the head? What does everyone else do?

I’m Aya, a female member. It really depends on the woman, so I feel like the best thing to do is ask her directly. Personally, I’d rather not have a pillow, though depending on the mattress, there are times when I feel it’s better without one. Honestly, I think it varies from situation to situation.

I’m a male member, Paper Airplane. Putting a pillow under her lower back can help, but before that, try supporting her waist and back with both hands and lifting her hips during missionary. You can freely adjust the angle she leans back, and if your bodies are compatible, that may be more than enough—you might not need a pillow at all. If it still feels lacking, you can always try using one.

I’m Maezawa from the CEO’s office, and I’ll answer this one too. Before long, I’m afraid we’ll start getting questions like: “How many centimeters high should the pillow be?” “Is it better to use two pillows stacked together?” “What should I say when I want to put a pillow under my lower back?” They’re incredibly basic questions, and it feels like things are heading in that direction. For example, putting a pillow under your lower back may be obvious to people who know about it, but for those who don’t, it can be a real eye-opener. So I think questions like that are perfectly fine. But when it turns into, “What about the pillow under your head?”— Wait a minute. Could it be that you’re incapable of thinking for yourself? Do you really need to ask about the pillow under your head? That’s honestly what I find myself thinking. Of course, if the point is that putting a pillow under your head can heighten sensitivity, then I’d think, “Oh, I didn’t know that was a thing…” But if it’s simply a question of what to do, I’m left thinking, “Hmm…” So I think it would be better to try thinking things through a little more on your own.

I’m Kazu, a male member. As someone who answers questions here, I often wonder why so many people write questions that give so little context about the situation. Do they think it’s obvious that, since they mentioned putting a pillow under the waist, they must be asking about insertion in the missionary position? Or do they expect us to search using the keyword “I want you to put a cushion under my waist” and figure out which question they mean ourselves? https://universe-club.jp/help/questions/view/5996 Is this the one? Taro’s answer—“Just do whatever works best for you”—is exactly right, in my opinion. As for my answer, I don’t do the missionary position very often because adjusting the height is a hassle. As for the pillow under the woman’s head, I consider that her area, so I leave it up to her.
