At Universe, pregnant women cannot register because we wouldn’t be able to respond appropriately if anything happened.
Breast milk only comes in after giving birth, but after delivery, women are often busy and don’t have the time or energy to go on dates, so I don’t think they’d be in a position to come in and register.
Also, as Riichi mentioned, there are specialized adult services like that, so I think you’d be better off looking there.
