Perhaps because of the impact of COVID, there are more male members now, so I think fewer women are going without offers than before.
That said, for example, the percentage of women who don’t receive offers may have only dropped from around 50% to 40%.
I haven’t actually collected any data, so that’s just my impression.
If we looked into it properly, we might find that nothing has changed at all. Still, with more men joining, you’d expect things to be different from before.
