I hate exchanges like this. She clearly knew exactly what she was doing. If she had no intention of lowering the amount, she should have said it was 100,000 yen for twice a month, with an additional 50,000 yen for each extra meeting.
Taking that into account, if you feel sorry for her, maybe you could offer 40,000 yen per meeting instead.
