It kind of feels like they slightly rephrased it as a question because they wouldn’t get an answer if they just wrote it normally.
Without the second half, it seems pretty ordinary, so I almost want to end the question at:
“Seriously, she’s so cute. Girls are adorable.”
Come to think of it, there have always been people who add weird sentences at the end.
