If they’re both women you’re dating, I don’t think there’s really much to worry about.
The only reason it would be a problem is if you’re lying to them—for example, saying that you only have one partner.
If that’s the case, then I suppose it could be difficult, but I think the first step is simply to stop telling those kinds of lies.
Once you do that, I don’t think you’ll have anything to worry about.

If you want to clear things up, it’s simple: just choose one or the other. There is a downside to cutting off a woman you didn’t really need to let go of, but if you tell the woman you continue seeing, “I ended things with her! I’m really sorry!” it might earn you a few brownie points. Or maybe not? LOL
