I happened to search for it, and apparently there’s even a website dedicated to pink nipples. The domain name made me literally spray milk out of my nose.
Apparently, it’s extremely rare among Japanese people—only about one in a hundred.

Incidentally, from a physics standpoint, they say the color pink doesn’t actually exist.

Nipples darken due to melanin and the effects of female hormones, so it’s perfectly normal for young women past puberty to have darker-colored nipples.
Nipples also darken during pregnancy and breastfeeding because large amounts of female hormones are released.
Many older women, whose female hormone levels have decreased, tend to have pink nipples.

I’m not sure what shade of pink you mean, but in terms of computer colors, would it be around the hexadecimal color code #ef93b6?
That color consists of 93.73% red, 57.65% green, and 71.37% blue. In the HSL color space, #ef93b6 has a hue of 337°, saturation of 74%, and lightness of 76%. Apparently, its wavelength is approximately 499.61 nm.
At that shade, though, I feel like even lips wouldn’t naturally be that color without applying lipstick or something.
Going back to why I thought it was a metaphor: I feel that shades close to skin tone tend to be described as pink.
If that’s the case, I suppose it would be called pink as long as it hasn’t become too dark.
Of course, there’s the question of how dark is “too dark,” but I feel that unless it becomes fairly dark, people would describe it as pink.
If that’s what you mean, I think there are people who could be described as pink.
Still, I feel like the color itself is beside the point.
If you really want true pink, perhaps you should have a doll made for you.
