Some women I know have had breast augmentation and say that fat-transfer procedures aren’t detectable, so I’ve been thinking about trying it too. But can men actually tell? If people are just going to assume they’re implants after I go through with it, there’s no point, right?
Could it be that my acquaintances have actually been found out, but their papas just don’t say anything?

Anyone would be able to tell by touch, right? In fact, I wouldn’t want to touch them. Breast implants, I mean. They’re so obvious that you can tell even when she’s lying on her back without touching them.
Besides, plenty of men aren’t interested in large breasts. I’d rather have small but natural breasts than implants. Even if she’s completely flat-chested, my feelings toward her wouldn’t change.
Breasts naturally change in firmness and softness with age, so when there’s no change at all…

Rather than thinking of it as recouping more than your investment—in other words, trying to make money from your breasts—I think it’s safer to approach it as something you’re doing for yourself, for your own satisfaction and confidence.
Because wouldn’t it be awful to place too much hope in your breasts, only to feel betrayed by the results? Then you might start thinking, “Maybe I should just make them bigger,” and there’d be no end to it.

You can usually tell if someone’s had breast augmentation. It’s hard to know through clothing, but once you touch them, there’s no mistaking it. You do have to be tactful about when you bring it up, though. A lot of women admit it pretty readily, which probably means they know it’s obvious. It may be easier to notice than a toupee.
When you think about it that way, the procedure is pretty expensive. If you’re not doing swimsuit shoots or anything, a padded bra is more than enough.
