I get sexually transmitted infections once every two or three months. Since I’m seeing multiple men, I get tested at the hospital every month, and we only meet after everyone has completed treatment and tested negative, but I still keep getting STIs. I’m worried that I might eventually contract HIV or syphilis, or some other serious infection.
Is there anything I can do?

If you’re dating three people, does that mean all three of them are in the same situation?
If you keep hearing from them every two or three months, I’m worried the men involved may eventually get fed up.
Also, based on what you’ve described, it seems possible that one of those men is getting treated on his own without telling you, only to contract it again from you.
In any case, if it keeps happening repeatedly, I think you should identify which partner is responsible and stop seeing that person.

If not, it’s possible that some of your papas are visiting adult entertainment establishments… Their immune systems may also be compromised, so you should probably find out who the source is.
I only see people I can have a long-term relationship with, and I avoid papa-katsu situations where both sides are juggling multiple partners. Switching to that kind of arrangement might be worth considering.
