I get irritable from before my period until it ends, lash out at people, and feel like my personality changes. Even PMS medication doesn’t seem to help much, and I can’t control myself well. I end up getting into arguments with friends, and even though my papa (a male supporter) was gently stroking my head, I brushed his hand away… I tried to cover it up, but now I’m not even sure whether this is just my personality or because of my period anymore.
