I don’t think you need to worry about whether you can be identified. As long as you’re not doing anything wrong, there shouldn’t be a problem.
Every now and then, you hear about someone being arrested by the police over strange things they posted online. Sometimes the news says they thought they wouldn’t get caught because they had spoofed their IP address.
I can’t help thinking, “Heh.”
It makes you wonder what era of technology they were relying on when they came to that conclusion.
The online world has advanced, too.
The police have apparently made mistaken arrests in the past because criminals spoofed their IP addresses, so naturally, you’d expect them to have established countermeasures by now.
With today’s technology, it would be strange if you couldn’t be identified. You should assume that you can.

My name is Hajime Hara, Chief of Customer Success Group CS3.
Regarding identification: the club approves the people who answer questions in the Q&A box, so we can find out who answered if we check.
As for the people asking the questions, the IT team may have a way to look into it, but I personally don’t know how to identify the person who submitted this question.
Unless the wording clearly includes details that make it possible to identify someone—such as a specific incident or trouble that occurred at the club—I don’t think we’d be able to tell, “Oh, this was written by so-and-so.”
I also don’t think any staff members are actively trying to find out who wrote each question.
The Q&A box is simply a place where individual staff members and members share their personal opinions in response to the questions asked. So please don’t worry too much—feel free to ask any questions that come to mind.

There’s no way I could do that. Besides, this is an anonymous Q&A box—looking into someone’s identity would defeat the whole purpose.
So go ahead and send in plenty of questions that would be embarrassing if people found out who you were.
P.S. Why didn’t you include male members among the people you wanted answers from? I feel like I’ve walked right into a trap（笑).

I think it’s best to assume that, if they really wanted to, they could identify you.
That said, it’s called an anonymous question box, and there’s nothing to be gained from identifying people one by one, so unless you cause a certain level of trouble, they probably won’t bother trying.
Also, even without actively investigating, they may sometimes have a pretty good idea that a particular question came from someone based on the complaints or inquiries before and after it. In those cases, they probably just think, “It’s probably them,” without being certain, and choose to look the other way. There don’t seem to be many staff members who follow this closely, so unless you cause trouble and become a topic of discussion internally, it’s probably not something worth worrying about.
