The moment your partner starts suspecting you of cheating, it’s already over. If they decide to look for evidence, there are all kinds of ways to do it, and you’ll inevitably get caught.
At the very least, you need to keep the following in mind:
1. Make sure you’ve never been caught cheating before.
2. Keep your home life and relationship with your spouse happy.
3. Don’t change your usual routine, such as suddenly coming home late.
4. Never let your excitement or emotional changes show.
5. On top of that, take thorough precautions to prevent your phone or social media from giving you away.
6. Always dispose of any evidence of dates, such as receipts, before you get home.

I’m not sure whether there’s a foolproof way to keep it from being discovered, but you can probably find plenty of tips online for making it less likely.
If you’re worried, you could simply enjoy dates as a dinner-only (no intimacy) arrangement. Even if it were discovered, I don’t think it would cause that much of a problem.

There are plenty of ways to avoid getting caught:
1. Use Gmail instead of LINE for communication.
2. Choose out-of-the-way destinations or less crowded places for dates.
3. Create alibis through social media posts.
4. Delete LINE conversations immediately.
5. If it’s an affair between coworkers, deliberately create more opportunities to work together.
These are said to be effective methods.
By the way, I’ve never cheated.
