Meeting and parting ways at the venue should be totally fine. I’ve met girls who work in show business who didn’t want to be seen walking around outside together.
If you get the chance, I think it’s better to explain the reason. Also, if the first meeting is at the venue, you have to make the reservation under the club’s name, which is a little bit of a hassle.

Meeting inside the restaurant seems to be fairly common. Something like:
“I’ve made the reservation under a man’s name, so please wait for me inside.”
Since it’s a reservation at a reasonably nice restaurant, I don’t think she’ll feel uncomfortable waiting inside. The man will probably show up pretty much on time too—or sometimes, despite telling her to wait, he may already be there first.
I don’t think we’ve ever received a complaint about meeting inside the restaurant.
That said, women sometimes message asking, “Are you sure it’s okay for me to go inside?” It’s kind of sweet and endearing when they do.
The issue is where to part ways.
I’m not quite sure what you mean here, but are you saying that the questioner offers to meet someone for either a B or an A arrangement?
If so, since the first meeting ends after the meal, it should be perfectly fine to part ways at the restaurant. I don’t think the woman would find it strange either.
Just to be safe, you could say something like:
“Something urgent came up at work, and I have to go to the office now. Is it okay if we part ways here?”
Of course, if you like her, I think it’s important to set the date for your next meeting before you part ways.
