I think your opinion is spot-on. That’s why, overall, I believe most members are Platinum or below.
Especially in regional areas, there are very few Black-level women, and I’ve learned that many male members feel, “There’s no need to pay for a Black membership just for that.”
I’m in a regional area myself, and after meeting most of the Black-level women, I honestly haven’t thought too deeply about whether being Black really makes a difference.
I’m pretty much like, “Whatever, I guess.”
President Kida: “We recommend Platinum or below.”
Black members: “Isn’t it basically the same either way?”
Since they brush it off like that, some people may wonder if there’s more to it—and if so, perhaps they’re better off choosing Black.
That said, if you’re using a dating club to meet women you normally wouldn’t have the chance to meet, then Black may be worthwhile. But if that’s not what you’re looking for, as you said, there’s no need to register as Black.

The benefits of becoming a BLACK-class male member are:
- You can receive in-person consultations, and we can accommodate somewhat special requests, such as group dates, business entertaining, or checking a woman’s preferences in advance.
- You can make offers to BLACK-class women and secret members.
That really is all.

Even though the membership fee is ridiculously high…
Recently, we heard the following from one of our members:
“I joined as a BLACK-class member, but most of the women I make offers to are Gold or Standard members because they’re more down-to-earth. But when I make an offer, I get angry when I’m told they’re no longer available, or that they’ve turned me down—maybe because other members were given priority. What was the point of joining BLACK? If a younger Gold member and someone my age are presented to a 20-year-old woman on equal terms, of course she’s going to turn me down. Please do something about your staff training.”
That’s what he said.
He was absolutely right, so all I could do was sincerely apologize. Improving staff service isn’t something that can be fixed overnight, and it’s a difficult issue. The employees have their own side of the story as well.
To return to the subject, those are the only benefits of becoming a BLACK-class member. If you don’t need BLACK-class women or in-person consultations, we recommend joining at the Platinum level or below.
