I had a date with my favorite girl that day, so I got some chocolate and had a great time with her. She said she didn’t have time to make it by then, but I was happy just to hear that.
It seems my workplaces stopped giving out obligatory Valentine’s chocolates a few years ago, so I no longer get them from each workplace like I used to.
When I receive chocolate from my girlfriend or someone else, unless it’s something especially fancy, I just say I got it at work and eat it at home little by little.
