One example may be rejecting applicants. According to figures from our Advertising Management Department, one branch’s acceptance rate fell below 50%. That has never happened before. It can be extremely difficult for our company to tell women they haven’t been accepted. The fact that the staff have been handling this appropriately without receiving complaints from the women is, I believe, a credit to them.
