In my case, regardless of the setting, I never do anything against a woman’s wishes, so I’ve never had any trouble.

I’m very sorry, but I’m not familiar with the details of that trial, so I can’t really comment.
If there’s a possibility that something similar could happen to you, I think you should first conduct yourself in a way that prevents it from happening in the first place.

Since this is something only the two people involved can truly know, I don’t think it’s really an issue for outsiders to comment on.
But purely as my own speculation:
There were reports that the woman had been prescribed the morning-after pill.
Although it’s different from this particular case, I think something similar could happen if the woman had agreed to intimacy, but the man ejaculated inside her without her consent, and she became angry because she hadn’t agreed to that.
However, that argument would be weak in court, so perhaps she claimed that she had agreed to intimacy with a condom, but not without one.
In other words, she may have argued that “sex without a condom” was omitted from the description, making it appear as though she had not consented to intimacy at all.
That’s one possibility, although perhaps I’m letting my imagination run a little too far…
As expected, the man was not prosecuted in the criminal case, but the woman won the civil lawsuit.
I’ve written before that if a man fails to use contraception without permission, or removes the condom partway through, and the woman cannot forgive him, then…
This case seems to have followed almost exactly that course.
The only difference is that I had assumed these matters would normally be settled without going to court, with the man paying compensation as part of a settlement. This time, however, it went to trial.
I had expected the settlement amount to be around two million yen, but the judgment in this case awarded 3.3 million yen.
That suggests that, going forward, if someone does something like that without the woman’s consent, the settlement amount could be around three million yen.
Perhaps many men can afford to pay that without much trouble, but doing something without the woman’s consent is absolutely unacceptable. If someone does it, they should be prepared for a claim of roughly that amount.

The most common reports made to the club are cases where the man failed to use contraception even though the woman had asked him to.
Most of the time, women simply suffer in silence, but men who take the matter lightly should understand that it could turn into a lawsuit like this one.
If you behave like a gentleman, there won’t be any trouble. As far as I know, there haven’t been any disputes when men have handled things properly.
