I’m a Type C woman, and I used to receive offers regularly—about once or twice a month—but since re-registering, I haven’t received a single one…
In this situation, do I just have to wait until the next time I re-register? I’m also worried that anyone would offer to meet a woman who’s been registered for two and a half years.

As everyone has said, I think it may come down to how you look in photos.
I know one woman I’m seeing whose updated photos turned out noticeably worse than before—and although I can’t say for sure that was the reason, she hasn’t received any offers since.

Why not try making your profile stand out and appear near the top of the members’ homepage?
You could update your comments, upload private photos, or request a new photo shoot.
You might also consider taking a more proactive approach and attending events.
